基于ASP的知識產權網絡平臺設計

摘要
 
 專利信息檢索平臺是一個專利信息的檢索和維護的平臺，知識經濟時代，信息的數字化、網絡化的飛速發展，是人們更傾向于從網絡獲取信息。知識產權網絡平臺作為面向更廣泛公眾的信息集散與服務機構，其網絡服務的廣度與深度直接影響著廣大用戶對信息需求的滿足程度，影響著其作為國家重要信息系統對國民經濟與社會發展的信息與知識的支持作用。作為一個平臺，專利信息檢索平臺的主要功能就是給訪客查詢各種專利，做一個初步的檢索，防止重復研究的發生，造成大量人力、物資、資金和時間的浪費；而且在研究開發工作中充分運用專利信息，不僅能提高研究開發的起點，而且能節約40％的科研開發經費和60％的研究開發時間。
 經過分析，設計選用 Microsoft公司的 Active Server Pages程序設計語言開發環境和先進的SQL SERVER數據庫。利用 Active Server Pages語言其提供的各種面向對象的開發工具，尤其是多種數據訪問接口這一能方便而簡潔操縱數據庫的智能化對象，實現本系統的各種功能。

ABSTRACT
 
 Patent information retrieva l platform is a patent information retrieva l and maintenance of the platform, knowledge-based economy, digitization of information, the rapid development of network-based, is more likely to obtain information from the network. IP network platform as for the wider distribution of public information and services, their network services directly affect the breadth and depth of a large number of users to meet the information needs of the extent of the impact of its importance as a national information system on the national economy and social development information and knowledge support. As a platform for patent information retrieva l platform, the main function is to give visitors access a variety of patents, do an initial search, to prevent the occurrence of duplication of research, resulting in a great deal of manpower, materials, waste of money and time; but also in research and development work make full use of patent information, not only can improve the starting point for research and development, but also to save 40% of R & D funding and 60% of the research and development time.
 
 After the analysis, design selection of Microsoft's Active Server Pages programming language development environment and advanced SQL SERVER database. The use of Active Server Pages to provide a variety of the language of its object-oriented development tools, especially a variety of data access interface that can be convenient and simple manipulation of the intelligent object databases, the achievement of the various features of the system.
