基于JSP的科研項目申報系統的設計與開發

摘 要

 在Internet飛速發展的今天，互聯網成為人們快速獲取、發布和傳遞信息的重要渠道，與此同時越來越多的機構也將科研管理與Internet融合在一起，以方便科研人員更加方便、更加快捷的進行溝通和管理。而科研管理系統是科研院所、高校研究所等內部管理的核心部分，通過它可以實現對科研活動的全程跟蹤。這樣不僅可以減少申報和審批的復雜流程，而且可以提高工作效率，做到事半功倍的功能。
 本科研項目申報管理系統采用B/S結構，服務器端采用SQL Server 2000數據庫，中間層采用安全性、穩定性和可移植性相對占優勢的JSP開發，客戶端采用IE瀏覽器形式運行程序。系統設計成允許用戶以申報員和審核員兩種身份登入，除此還對外開放查詢功能。申報員登入后，可以選擇項目申報、查詢項目申報、修改個人信息、課題申報/查詢課題申報等功能；審核員登入后，可以對未入庫課題及項目進行審核、可以查詢已入庫課題、項目以及添加、刪除用戶信息。公共查詢可以查看已經申報項目和課題以及其申報的時間。

ABSTRACT

 With the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet became an important instrument which enables people to access, publish and impart information faster. At the same time，more and more institutions compromise the management of scientific research and Internet to make scientific researchers communicate and manage more convenient and efficient .And the management of scientific research system is the core of the Internal management of Scientific research institutes, University Institutes and so on, with which can follow the tracks of the research activities .It not only can reduce the complex procedures for declaration and examination and approval, but also can promote efficiency of working, achieve twice as much can be accomplished with half the effort.
 This system base on B/S structure to declare the management system and server-side use the database of SQL Server 2000, the middle layer include security, stability and portability of the relative advantages of JSP to developed. Client side use IE browser to work procedure. System design allows users to login as the members of declaration and auditor. It also opens up queries. After members login, members can choose project declaration, query project declaration, modify personal information, subject declaration and query subject declaration and so on. After the auditor login, can warehousing and not subject to review projects, enquiries can have storage issues, projects and add, delete user information. In the public inquiry, we can inquire the reported the project and the topic as well as its declaration time.
