基于JSP的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要
 
 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)為企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,也面臨了挑戰(zhàn)。改進(jìn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制,公正、客觀、全面、快捷地評(píng)估員工的業(yè)績(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為本的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,提高人事管理工作的效率是企業(yè)立足發(fā)展,開拓未來(lái),領(lǐng)先同行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。
    本文敘述了一個(gè)人事管理系統(tǒng)形成的全過程，本系統(tǒng)采用了軟件工程的思想，B/S模式設(shè)計(jì)，JSP為前臺(tái)，java script為客戶端腳本語(yǔ)言和SQLServer2000為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，使用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式和Hibernate的HQL實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問查詢，實(shí)現(xiàn)了密碼修改，權(quán)限設(shè)置，員工信息管理，部門信息管理等功能。
 本系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)具體情況和要求而開發(fā)的一套完善的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)。其目的在于為人力資源管理的有關(guān)部門提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的業(yè)務(wù)管理和事務(wù)處理。本系統(tǒng)采用安全可靠的處理和控制技術(shù)，及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、可靠地采集和傳輸信息，建立完備、可靠的處理機(jī)制，提高工作效率，減少出錯(cuò)率。

ABSTRACT
 
  Internet information technology, business development opportunities, face challenges. Improve the internal management mechanism, fair, objective, comprehensive, and quickly assess the performance of employees to achieve people-centered business strategy, improve the efficiency of personnel management is based on enterprises development, ushering in the future, the key to leading the industry.
    This paper describes the formation of a personnel management system, the whole process, including the part of the presentation. The system uses the idea of software engineering, B / S model design, JSP for the front, java script is client-side scripting language and mssql2000 as the background database, using the MVC design patterns and Hibernate's HQL query of database access to achieve the password changes, personnel information management, permissions, employee information management, department of information management.
 The system is based on the specific circumstances and requirements of the development of a comprehensive human resources management system. The purpose of the relevant departments for human resources management to provide quality and efficient business management and transaction processing. This system uses secure processing and control technology, timely, accurate, reliable collection and transmission of information, to establish a complete and reliable processing system, improve efficiency, reduce error rates.
