小區(qū)物業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要

 隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高，住宅式小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們安居樂業(yè)的首選起始點(diǎn)。住宅小區(qū)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大和住戶的不斷增多，相關(guān)物業(yè)信息的管理質(zhì)量和檔次就受到越來越多的關(guān)注。而隨著計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)的日益普及，利用計(jì)算機(jī)來實(shí)現(xiàn)小區(qū)物業(yè)信息的管理勢(shì)在必行。這套小區(qū)物業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)通過實(shí)際的需求分析，對(duì)小區(qū)各項(xiàng)常見的業(yè)務(wù)包括物業(yè)設(shè)備，停車場(chǎng)，設(shè)備維護(hù)和修理等及小區(qū)房產(chǎn)和住戶的基本信息進(jìn)行智能化的管理，采用成熟簡(jiǎn)單容易操作的VISAUL BASIC作為開發(fā)工具，采用SQL Server做后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)便，界面友好，靈活使用，更高效安全。本論文詳細(xì)的論述了該小區(qū)物業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析，系統(tǒng)分析，系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)等步驟和過程。

ABSTRACT

 With the rapid development of the market economy and the great raise of people living conditions, dormitory has became the principle choice of people to settle down and start with their enterprises. The enlarged area of the dormitory and the increased number of residents make the quality and grade of the management of correlative estate information be paid more attention. Meanwhile, with the popularization of the computer technology, it is more urgent to use computer to actualize the intelligent management and maintenance. This estate information management system collects actual and detailed requirements from common varieties of business such as facilities equipments, parking, operation and maintenance of equipments and basic information of residents and dormitory, use VISUAL BASIC as the exploit tool and SOL server to establish the database. This paper detailed discuss the analysis of requirements, analysis and actualization of the system and other processes.
