房屋中介管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

摘要

 隨著信息自動化處理技術的日益發(fā)展，如何科學，全面，高效地對單位紛繁復雜的檔案管理事務進行計算機的自動化管理是個熱門話題，當前企事業(yè)單位為了提升自身的競爭力，各單位都在定制和購買各項業(yè)務應用軟件，運用高科技手段進行科學，規(guī)范的管理。作為房屋中介公司的管理者，希望能夠?qū)Ψ课葜薪槭聞展芾淼恼麄�流程狀態(tài)，信息資料的情況了如指掌，使其可以做出科學的決策。作為工作人員期望能夠避免繁瑣的手工操作，甩掉傳統(tǒng)的手工記錄方式，達到事半功倍的效果。一個能夠使其實現(xiàn)管理系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化的計算機系統(tǒng)就顯得很有必要。利用計算機技術,實現(xiàn)管理系統(tǒng)的自動化,規(guī)范化就是這個問題最好的解決方法。
 論文主要探討“房屋中介管理系統(tǒng)”的理論基礎和設計思想，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程和系統(tǒng)的功能實現(xiàn)為主線來論述數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程。主要闡述以軟件工程理論作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的理論基礎，以客戶機/服務器模式的關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫作為后臺，以專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)語言作為實現(xiàn)手段的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程分析和理論研究。
 本系統(tǒng)使用C#語言在Visual Studio 2008開發(fā)環(huán)境下，配合SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)完成設計與實現(xiàn)。
 本論文詳細地介紹了開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的具體步驟，以及應用的技術，以配圖例的方式詳盡說明，并在文中對一些源程序作了詳細的解釋。

ABSTRACT
 
 As the basic tool of information age, computer has been widely used in every part of modern life. With the increasing demands of IT specialist by the society, computer software ability examinations grow too. The application of “House Agency Management Information System” can greatly reduce registrants' workload , the high error rates caused by handwork and avoid unnecessary repeating work. All these can make the register and statistic more convenient , fast and efficient.
 This dissertation mainly discussed the basic theory and designation of “House Agency Management Information System”., and the developing procedure according to system developing procedure and function realization. The essay also mentioned database management software's developing procedure analyses and theory study by using software project theory as the theoretic basis of system developing , the C/S model relating database as the background and the professional database as the developing language applying method.
 C # language and Visual Studio 2008 integrated development environment is used  to complete the design and realization of the system, with SQL Server 2005 database management system.
 This dissertation introduced the specific steps in developing the system , as well as the technical skill applied, presented with graphics and specific instruction and some source code has been explained particularly.
