摘要
 指紋考勤管理系統(tǒng)是利用指紋識別儀和計算機系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)考勤登記和考勤管理的一個MIS系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度需要一個科學、高效的管理方法，對于員工的考勤管理是企業(yè)管理制度的重要組成部分。利用指紋的唯一性徹底根除考勤中存在的虛假現(xiàn)象，方便地實現(xiàn)考勤管理，體現(xiàn)了考勤管理的公正，正確高效地提供考勤信息[1]，為企業(yè)的日常管理提供了科學的依據(jù)，提高了企業(yè)的管理效率。
 本系統(tǒng)采用JZT-969A 指紋儀采集指紋信息，采用Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0工具開發(fā)了MIS系統(tǒng)，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Microsoft  SQL Server 2000技術(shù)。

ABSTRACT
 Fingerprint Attendance Management System is a MIS system which use fingerprint recognition and computer systems  to achieve attendance registration and attendance management. Modern enterprise management system needs a scientific and efficient management methods, the management of staff attendance is an important part of enterprise management system .Using uniqueness of fingerprints  completely eradicate the phenomenon of false  in attendance, easy to achieve Attendance Management reflects that the attendance is fair, correctly and effectively  provide information  of attendance, provide a scientific basis for the daily management of enterprises, improve the management efficiency of the enterprise.
 In this  system ,using JZT-969A Fingerprint Identification to collect fingerprints information,  and  using  Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 to develop this  program, Microsoft  SQL Server 2000 is its  Background database.
