摘  要

工資管理系統(tǒng)是典型的管理信息系統(tǒng)，采用計算機管理企業(yè)的工資發(fā)放是當前不可缺少的一種管理手段。其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個方面。對于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強，數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的數(shù)據(jù)庫。而對于后者則要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備，易使用等特點。
本系統(tǒng)著眼于工資管理制度的業(yè)務(wù)實際，經(jīng)過實際的需求分析，采用功能強大的VB6.0做為開發(fā)工具、ACCESS 2000做為數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)出來的系統(tǒng)。
本系統(tǒng)可管理職工基本信息的記錄，進行修改,增加,查詢,刪除一些功能.并可以進行工資的修改,增加,查詢,刪除.主要用于電腦城員工工資的統(tǒng)一管理，同時方便統(tǒng)計部分數(shù)據(jù)。
論文主要介紹了本課題的開發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開發(fā)的過程。重點的說明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的重點、設(shè)計思想、難點技術(shù)和解決方案。

Abstract

It is system of typical management information, using computer to manage and give business laborage to the people that is the powerful management way and it cannot be cancel. its development that wages manages primarily includes the establishing of backstage database with support and the head apply two aspects of the procedure’s developments. Request to establish to rise the data consistency with the database that the latter applied the procedure function is complete, easy usageetc. characteristics.
This system for taking laborage management rule access fact, after actuality needs checking. choosing powerful software that is VB6.0 for the basic tools, choosing Access 2000 for database system.
This Owen system base on laborage management information history. Then make changing, adding, reserching, deleting, and lots of functions else! Main function is manage the staff laborage of Computer-City, and accessing the a part of database at the same time.
The most part of assignment are introducing the basic, and the functions, which will be finish, and the steps of making the system. Lots of things explan about system design, food ideas of design, difficult technolagys and how to solve them.
