摘要

     本文以企業管理信息系統建設中的人事管理子系統的開發為背景，論述了管理信息系統的概念、結構及系統開發的基本原理和方法，全文共分為序言、管理信息系統綜述、開發方法、開發平臺和工具、系統規劃和分析、系統實現、系統運行及維護、系統評價、程序調試與故障處理、開發總結等九章。本文首先闡述了Visual Basic 6.0的基本概念；然后詳細說明了以數據庫技術為技術背景的"人事管理管理系統"的基本功能及實現過程，最后重點介紹了軟件的設計與實現詳細闡述了系統分析、系統設計的技術及其應用。
