摘要
 基于Web的現(xiàn)代管理系統(tǒng)是一種新型的管理方式，隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，它將越來越受到人們的關(guān)注并逐步取代傳統(tǒng)銷售，21世紀(jì)它將成為銷售管理的主要手段。因此，基于Web的銷售管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)已成為人們極為關(guān)注的研究領(lǐng)域。
 銷售管理系統(tǒng)是目前Internet上廣泛使用的在線系統(tǒng)之一。銷售管理系統(tǒng)要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能非常多，最重要的是對貨物的管理，包括貨物的買入（進(jìn)貨）如商品的標(biāo)號、單價(jià)、庫存量、產(chǎn)地以及貨物供應(yīng)商的信息，然后當(dāng)商品進(jìn)貨時(shí)要修改數(shù)據(jù)庫中商品的某些關(guān)鍵字。最后生成一張報(bào)表，內(nèi)容有商品標(biāo)號、單價(jià)、庫存量、供應(yīng)商。簡單的說，就是包括客戶下定單和管理員對該定單的指定相應(yīng)配送商的兩個(gè)階段。該系統(tǒng)還應(yīng)提供貨物查詢功能，以便用戶對商品的信息詳細(xì)了解。對于管理員，系統(tǒng)允許其對商品配送商，商品供應(yīng)商以及用戶和定單的信息進(jìn)行查詢，修改，刪除。為了保證數(shù)據(jù)庫的安全及貨物銷售的順利進(jìn)行，系統(tǒng)還需要對用戶進(jìn)行管理。為了能及時(shí)了解銷售狀況比如銷售業(yè)績，季度差別等，報(bào)表顯示也是比較重要的，所以系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需要考慮到操作員整理報(bào)表系統(tǒng)，打印各個(gè)報(bào)表的功能。在精確管理進(jìn)銷存過程的同時(shí)保證系統(tǒng)的安全性也很重要，在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候能明確權(quán)限管理，不同的用戶所有不同的權(quán)限，系統(tǒng)管理員擁有最好權(quán)限，能對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面管理。同時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的備份，系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)也比較重要。
 本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是面向中小型商業(yè)企業(yè)，涵蓋了商場業(yè)務(wù)的主要方面，對商場的進(jìn)、銷、存實(shí)施全面管理。采取低平臺、低價(jià)位的策略，功能高度集成，結(jié)構(gòu)非常緊湊，使用簡潔靈活，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。 本系統(tǒng)主要適用于中小型企業(yè)、超市和專賣店、便利店等。各種業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)量相對較小。

ABSTRACT

Sales management system to achieve the function of many, the most important thing is the management of the goods, including goods bought (purchase) of goods such as the labeling, price, inventory, production and supply of goods to the information, then when the purchase of goods, To edit the database of goods in certain keywords. Generate a final statement, the contents of commodity labeling, price, inventory, suppliers. The system should also provide cargo tracking functions so that users of the goods detailed understanding of the information.
