摘    要
 隨著Internet的發展網絡問卷調查已經在很多領域的很多方面使用，通過網絡調查問卷收集信息已經成了一種不可或缺的調查方式，網上調查問卷的生成與分析統計的系統很多。研究生教育網上問卷調查系統是用于教育方面的調查問卷分析統計以及管理的系統，它區別于其它問卷分析統計系統的功能在于，它能夠對問卷進行動態的制定，并且它有一套完善的用戶管理與公告管理以及模版管理功能。并且因為該系統有用戶管理的功能及動態的問卷創建功能，所以實際上它也可以用于其它領域的問卷調查及用戶管理，即它有可擴展性。
 本系統所定義的各種權限有：學生用戶能使用該系統的投票功能；教師用戶可以對問卷進行管理，可以查看投票結果；管理員擁有系統的所有權限，能夠對各個模塊進行操作。
 本文描述了課題的背景，課題設計的目的，講述了課題設計的內容以及設計開發難點，講述了系統的總體設計（包括系統的總體結構，系統的流程圖以及系統的數據庫設計），然后分模塊詳細說明了每個模塊的設計及實現計，最后說明了本系統應用到的一些關鍵技術。

Abstract
                                 
 With the development of the Internet network, questionnaires survey through the network has bean in many areas of use. Through the network questionnaires to collect information has become an indispensable method of investigation. Whatever on the net, the number of the system for the generated and analytical covariance of questionnaire survey is great . Vote system for Graduate Student is the system of analysis covariance and management of the inquisition questionnaire for which is used educating aspect. The function of the System discriminates between that other questionnaire analysis statistics system to lie in, it can carry on dynamic establishment to the questionnaire, and it has a set of perfect customer to manage and notice management and the template manage function. And the questionnaire of function and dynamic state for manage establish function, so actually it can also used for the questionnaire of other areas and customer management, namely it Scalability.
  The system definition of competence : Students users can use the system to vote function; Users can teachers manage the questionnaire, you can view the results; System managers have all the power each module can operate.
  This paper describes the background to the issue, the purpose of design issues, a topic on the design and content of the design and development difficulties, on the system design (including system architecture, system and the flow chart of the system database design), then sub-module detailed description of each module design and realization of dollars, Finally, we illustrate the application of the system in some key technologies.
