ERP沙盤模擬教學系統的開發

摘  要

 隨著網絡、多媒體等技術在高校教學中的應用，使教學時間、空間、內容、手段和模式得到很大程度的擴展和創新，ERP沙盤模擬課程是一門采用團隊形式組織的模擬體驗式教學模式，以學生為主體，教師為主導的教學方式，鍛煉學生自主式，協作式學習的綜合性課程。沙盤模擬作為一種體驗式的教學方式，是繼傳統教學及案例教學之后的一種教學創新。借助ERP沙盤模擬，可以強化學員的管理知識、訓練管理技能、全面提高學員的綜合素質。沙盤模擬教學融理論與實踐于一體、集角色扮演與崗位體驗于一身，可以使學員在參與、體驗中完成從知識到技能的轉化。ERP沙盤模擬課程作為北京理工大學珠海學院跨專業、跨學科的綜合性實驗實踐課程體系中的重要環節，ERP沙盤模擬教學系統的開發與研究是如今提高教學質量的關鍵所在。
 本文首先從ERP和ERP沙盤的基本概念入手，討論了ERP沙盤教學的重要意義。接著分析了現有的ERP沙盤模擬對抗軟件，結合ERP沙盤教學實踐活動，發現了其中的缺點和不足，并摸索著提出電子化的沙盤教學輔助系統的設計與開發，以期提高教學質量，減輕教師壓力，操作更加便捷，使ERP沙盤教學更加深入人心。

THE ERP TEACHING SUPPORT SYSTEM of ERP SIMULATION GAME
ABSTRACT
  With the application of Internet and multimedia technology in the efficient teaching, there is a large degree of expansion and innovation in the teaching time, space, content, methods and models. ERP Sand Table Simulation is a form that using the team organizing teaching experience model of teacher-led teaching, training students in autonomous, collaborative learning in the general curriculum. Sand table simulation as an experience-based teaching method, is inheriting the tradition and a case of an innovation. With ERP sand table simulation, students can strengthen the management of knowledge, training, management skills, and comprehensively improve the overall quality. Sand Table Simulation combines theory and practice, set role-playing experience and position on one, so that trainees can experience the complete transformation from knowledge to skills. ERP Sand Table Simulation is an important part of multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary and experimental practice of an integrated curriculum in Beijing Institute of Technology (Zhuhai). ERP Sand Table Simulation System Research and Development is now the key to improving teaching quality.
 Firstly, we would like to talk about the basic concept of ERP and ERP sand table, discussing the importance of teaching ERP sand table. Then analyzes the existing ERP Sand Table Simulation software, combined with ERP sand table teaching practice, which found shortcomings and deficiencies, and to explore the proposed electronic sand table teaching assistant system design and development that to improve the quality of teaching and reduce the pressure of teachers. It is so convenient that a better understanding the teachers will get in ERP sand table.
