在21世紀的今天,傳統的庫存管理已經跟不上企業的發展趨勢。自從20世紀90年代供應鏈概念產生以來,供應鏈管理得到長足的進步。上下游企業的關系從交易演變成合作,進而發展聯盟及供應網絡,從傳統以利益博弈(此贏彼損),轉變到以信任為基礎的風險共擔﹑信息共享的利益共同體,依賴合作降低供應成本,實現雙贏。但在實際中。供應鏈管理是一個漸進的過程,企業難以在短期內從低級發展到高水平的供應鏈管理。所以一定級別的供應鏈管理需要與之相適應的供應鏈庫存管理模式
本文結構如下,第一章概述了庫存的定義,庫存的必要性和意義及國內外研究現狀。在此基礎上第二章分析了傳統庫存管理策略和供應鏈環境下的庫存管理策略及兩者之間的比較。第三章結合真實企業,介紹企業現狀,分析企業中存在的庫存問題。利用前面介紹的各種庫存策略,第四章根據企業的內部及外部狀況和存在的問題,給出合適的庫存管理模式。
