摘 要
現階段,對中國的廣大中小企業來說,企業的質量管理制度和體系不完善,員工的質量管理知識缺乏,質量管理意識和責任感缺少,質量管理工具不熟悉,日常的生產現場數據采集統計缺乏等,是他們提高質量管理所面對的最大問題。在過去的十幾年中,計算機的飛速發展是有目共睹的,特別是各種質量改進任務的專用軟件大行其道,當然還有互聯網。很多企業將電腦視為得力助手,使很多工具程序擺脫煩瑣細節。盡管如此,首先還是要對工具有足夠的了解才能設置相應的電腦程序,才能理解和處理電腦提供的結果。基于此,本文以湖州巨人機電有限公司為例,利用常用質量管理方法和工具與計算機軟件相結合,用來檢驗制造企業工序加工狀態是否發生異常,工序能力是否充足等,對企業進行質量改進,提高質量管理水平。
