摘 要

 配送中心布局和選址是否合理，對配送中心功能的發揮和綜合效益具有很大的影響。配送中心建設是我國零售業企業發展的一種必然趨勢。本文從中小型零售業企業入手, 指出了建立物流配送中心的必要性, 分析了當前中小型零售業企業物流配送中心存在的問題,并提出了相關的解決措施。
 本文從零售業企業配送中心的現狀入手，結合現代物流配送的基本理論和方法，對國內外零售業配送中心的現狀進行了分析和總結，對國際上最新的物流配送的技術方法作了闡述，并針對實際情況提出了我國零售業配送中心實現高效的建議。
 全文共分四章，第一章能基本反映國內外配送中心的發展現狀，存在問題，能對我國配送中心的發展進行正確分析，并和國外的發展進行比較，指出配送中心選址在物流配送行業的意義；第二章主要介紹了選址的概念、原則、影響因素、程序、步驟還有注意事項；
 第三章主要介紹在配送中心選址過程中我們經常運用的幾種方法，并對其優缺點、注意事項及適應范圍進行正確的分析，運用這些方法我們可以解決一些選址規劃中的問題；第四章主要以華聯超市配送中心選址為例，主要介紹公司運用數值分析法進行配送中心選址規劃，最終得出合理的選址方案；第五章結論。

Abstract

 It impacts greatly to the function of a distribution center and the comprehensive benefit whether the distribution Center layout and location is reasonable. Distribution Center building is an inevitable trend for the development of Chinese retail enterprises. this paper enters on  small and medium-sized retail enterprises, pointing out the absolutely necessarily to establish the logistics distribution center , analyzing the existing problems of the logistics distribution center of the small and medium-sized retail enterprises,and proposing the relevant solution.    This article starts with the actuality of the retail enterprises which have the distribution center, combines with the basic theories and methods of the modern logistics and distribution, analysises and summarizes the the status of the international retail distribution center,and discusses the the latest technological methodology of the international, and achieves the efficient proposed to the actual situation of China's retail distribution centers .
  The full text is divided into four chapters, Chapter I can basically reflects the status and problems of development of domestic and international distribution center ,gives the correct analysis to the development of the  distribution  center in China and compares to the abroad development of the  distribution  center, indicates the significance for the site of distribution center in logistics and distribution. The second chapter introduces the main concepts ,principles, influential factors,procedures,steps and the attentions. chapter III introduces the main the methods in location and their advantages , disadvantages, notices and applicabilities. We can solve some problems through using these methods in the location planning . chapter Ⅳ takes the location of  Hualian Supermarket as an example, mainly introduces the location planning of the distribution center using the numerical analysis method, eventually educes the reasonable location; Chapter V is the conclusions.
