中小型運輸公司存在的問題及對策研究---以龍灣第2運輸公司為例
內(nèi) 容 摘 要
 隨著現(xiàn)代科學技術的迅速發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢的加強，被認為“第三利潤源泉”現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)正在廣泛興起。現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)在中國也越來越受重視。中國日益注重對物流的挖掘。現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)面臨巨大發(fā)展空間的同時，中小型運輸企業(yè)卻遭受到了嚴重的威脅。運輸業(yè)是物流的基礎，無論是傳統(tǒng)物流還是現(xiàn)代物流，物的流動都是依賴于運輸系統(tǒng)來完成的，沒有運輸就談不上物流。運輸企業(yè)的運作效率如何，如何加強中小型運輸企業(yè)的競爭力，對于未來物流在中國的發(fā)展是個關鍵的主題。
 本文以龍灣第2運輸公司為例，通過對有關文獻資料的查閱，了解運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。然后結合龍灣第2運輸公司第1托運部，對其存在的問題進行研究，然后根據(jù)托運部存在的問題，運用SWOT方法，調(diào)查法，層次分析法等進行研究，提出相應的對策。對對策方面進行重點研究，希望能對運輸公司的發(fā)展起到一些補充和促進作用。
 第一章闡述了選題的意義，研究的方法與研究的基本內(nèi)容。
 第二章對運輸物流的相關理論進行闡述，從而可以看出物流發(fā)展的基本思路。
 第三章結合龍灣第2運輸公司第1托運部的現(xiàn)實情況，指出該托運部中內(nèi)部的規(guī)劃，物流操作中存在的問題。
 第四章針對龍灣第2運輸公司第1托運部存在的問題，提出相應的對策，從而使其規(guī)劃合理，加強競爭力、實現(xiàn)信息化、培養(yǎng)物流人才、實施戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。
 第五章對全文進行了總結與展望。

ABSTRACT
 With modern science and technology is developing rapidly, the trend of economic globalization is strengthening, the modern logistics industry, which is agreed the "third profit source" that is rising in the world wide. In china, there are more attentions given to Modern logistics industry. Chinese businesses are increasingly focusing on the excavation of the logistics of "third profit source". Modern logistics industry in the face of enormous development space，at the same time，Small and medium-sized transport companies are being subjected to a serious threat. Transport logistics are the foundation of logistics, Whether traditional or modern logistics, the flow of its objects are dependent on the transport system to achieve, no transport there would not be logistics, how are the operational efficiency of transport enterprises，how to strengthen competitiveness of small and medium-sized transport enterprises, for the future development of logistics in China is a key topic.
 This article takes Long Wan No.2 transportation company as an example .Through the literature search, understanding the development of the transport industry. Then combined with No. 1 checked of Long Wan No.2 transportation company. Research problems which exist in the company , then accordance with problems ,use method of SWOT , investigation, AHP. Put forward corresponding countermeasures. Focused on the Aspects of the response, hope that it can play a role of the company's development and promotion.
 The first chapter introduced the significance of topics, Research methods and the basic content of study.
 The second chapter introduced the relevant of theory on transport logistics, in which we can see the basic idea of the logistics.
 The third chapter combine with the reality of the company, pointed out the problems on the inner space of the company planning and logistics problems in the operation.
 The fourth chapter against the problems of No.1 checked of Long Wan No.2 transportation company, bringing forward corresponding countermeasures for the existent of questions, such as enhance competitiveness, Implement the information, cultivate the person of Logistics and implement the alliance strategic of logistics .
 The fifth chapter summarized and prospected the paper.
