摘 要
本工程建筑面積約4.5萬(wàn)平方米,。地下2層,地上20層辦公綜合樓。建筑總高度為 79.93 米。系一類(lèi)高層民用建筑。地下兩層為車(chē)庫(kù),1-3層為票據(jù)市場(chǎng),4-15層為辦公區(qū),16-19層為賓館,20層為餐廳。本次設(shè)計(jì)所需要解決的是建筑內(nèi)的給水系統(tǒng),污水系統(tǒng),雨水系統(tǒng),消防系統(tǒng)及熱水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),滿足人們?nèi)粘I畹男枨。本次設(shè)計(jì)需要解決主要問(wèn)題是各系統(tǒng)的選型,各系統(tǒng)管道的布置與敷設(shè)及相關(guān)計(jì)算。水源:市政給水:室外管網(wǎng)水壓0.10~0.28Mpa;給水管徑DN300。
排水:雨水、污水均排入城市污水管網(wǎng)。市政管網(wǎng)雨、污水分流。暴雨強(qiáng)度等相關(guān)資料按江蘇溧陽(yáng)地區(qū)在設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)上查找。
建筑條件:建筑物耐火等級(jí)一~二級(jí); 火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)等級(jí)為中危險(xiǎn)級(jí)。
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容:給水,熱水,污水,廢水,雨水,消防,自噴系統(tǒng)。
供水系統(tǒng)共分三個(gè)區(qū),低區(qū):地下室和商場(chǎng)部分即-2~4層為低區(qū),由市政給水管網(wǎng)直接供水;中區(qū):5~15層設(shè)一組變頻水泵供水;高區(qū):賓館和餐廳部分16~20層,供入高位水箱再供給。水泵房設(shè)在地下室。水箱容積為100m3,采用不銹鋼成品水箱。變頻供水設(shè)備的供水流量按各區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)秒流量,壓力可保證頂層的供水壓力不小于0.1MP
賓館和辦公樓部分設(shè)集中熱水供應(yīng),熱源為鍋爐房提供的高溫蒸汽,通過(guò)熱交換器產(chǎn)生熱水。熱水主要供高區(qū)的賓館和中區(qū)的辦公樓,設(shè)計(jì)供水溫度為60℃。
室外排水采用雨污分流制,室內(nèi)排水廢污分流。
消火栓系統(tǒng)在地下水泵房?jī)?nèi)設(shè)高區(qū)和中低區(qū)合用一套消防水泵,消防管道成環(huán)狀布置,豎向以設(shè)備層一為界采用減壓閥分區(qū),減壓閥閥后壓力0.2Mpa,上下區(qū)靜壓均不超過(guò)1.00Mpa;5~10層采用減壓型消火栓,以保證栓口壓力不超過(guò)0.50MPa。
自噴系統(tǒng)在地下水泵房?jī)?nèi)設(shè)二臺(tái)自噴給水泵,控制配水管壓力不超過(guò)0.4Mpa并且滿足火災(zāi)初期最不利點(diǎn)噴頭的噴水壓力。
