摘 要
本工程建筑面積約4.5萬平方米,。地下2層,地上20層辦公綜合樓。建筑總高度為 79.93 米。系一類高層民用建筑。地下兩層為車庫,1-3層為票據市場,4-15層為辦公區,16-19層為賓館,20層為餐廳。本次設計所需要解決的是建筑內的給水系統,污水系統,雨水系統,消防系統及熱水系統的設計,滿足人們日常生活的需求。本次設計需要解決主要問題是各系統的選型,各系統管道的布置與敷設及相關計算。水源:市政給水:室外管網水壓0.10~0.28Mpa;給水管徑DN300。
排水:雨水、污水均排入城市污水管網。市政管網雨、污水分流。暴雨強度等相關資料按江蘇溧陽地區在設計手冊上查找。
建筑條件:建筑物耐火等級一~二級; 火災危險等級為中危險級。
設計內容:給水,熱水,污水,廢水,雨水,消防,自噴系統。
供水系統共分三個區,低區:地下室和商場部分即-2~4層為低區,由市政給水管網直接供水;中區:5~15層設一組變頻水泵供水;高區:賓館和餐廳部分16~20層,供入高位水箱再供給。水泵房設在地下室。水箱容積為100m3,采用不銹鋼成品水箱。變頻供水設備的供水流量按各區的設計秒流量,壓力可保證頂層的供水壓力不小于0.1MP
賓館和辦公樓部分設集中熱水供應,熱源為鍋爐房提供的高溫蒸汽,通過熱交換器產生熱水。熱水主要供高區的賓館和中區的辦公樓,設計供水溫度為60℃。
室外排水采用雨污分流制,室內排水廢污分流。
消火栓系統在地下水泵房內設高區和中低區合用一套消防水泵,消防管道成環狀布置,豎向以設備層一為界采用減壓閥分區,減壓閥閥后壓力0.2Mpa,上下區靜壓均不超過1.00Mpa;5~10層采用減壓型消火栓,以保證栓口壓力不超過0.50MPa。
自噴系統在地下水泵房內設二臺自噴給水泵,控制配水管壓力不超過0.4Mpa并且滿足火災初期最不利點噴頭的噴水壓力。
