摘要：觀察人體手臂自然下垂狀態(tài)時，都會呈現(xiàn)肘部微曲，手臂整體呈微向前傾的形態(tài)。為了符合人體的自然形態(tài)，袖子中誕生出了袖省。省的作用是完成從平面到立體的余缺處理。而袖省則是平面的無袖省袖子轉(zhuǎn)變成立體的袖子。肘省在袖子的肘部開一個省道，滿足收省后袖子在肘部彎曲，達到符合人體自然形態(tài)的目的。如何制作肘省，肘省大小又該如何來確定才能使袖子穿在人身上后達到的效果最好？經(jīng)過多次研究和實驗，得出袖省的大小跟手臂的兩個彎曲度有關(guān)，即手臂前擺角度和肘下部位的彎曲角度。因而袖省的大小與手臂的兩個彎曲度之間的關(guān)系就是本論文研究的重要內(nèi)容。
 本文主要通過對浙江地區(qū)20~25歲之間的不同女性手臂的前擺角度和肘下部位的彎曲角度測量，處理實驗數(shù)據(jù)，得出實驗規(guī)律，研究出袖省與以上兩個角度之間的關(guān)系。希望為制版者在制版過程中關(guān)于這方面的問題提供準確、實用、方便的確定方法，提高樣板的準確率和合體度，減少樣板的反復(fù)修改時間，節(jié)省樣板的制作時間，從而提高生產(chǎn)效率。

The relation between sleeve dart and bending degree of arm is investigation and discussion
Abstract : When the arm is in the natural dropping state , the elbow becomes a little bend and the arm is declining to the antevert .Sleeve dart is used in the sleeve for according to the natural human body .The surplus and deficiency being to be completed from the flat surface to the body handles the dart effect . And sleeve dart means the plane sleeve transform into the stereoscopic sleeve .Opening a dart in the elbow to make the sleeve bend in the elbow when the dart is closed . That according to the natural human body . How to make the elbow dart and how to ascertain the size of dart to make the sleeve looks best effect when it in the person body . The size of sleeve dart in relation of two bending degrees of arm through research and experiment many times . Two bending degrees of arm means forward swing degree and bending degree of lower location of elbow . The relation of the size of sleeve dart and two bending degrees of arm is the important content which is researched in this theis .
  Through measured the females’forward swing degree and bending degree of lower location of elbow who are between twenty to twenty-five years old in Zhejiang province ,dealed with experiment data , reached experiment rule and the relation between sleeve dart and two degrees . Hope that the way is provided accurately , practically , conveniently for board maker . This way helps improve the board’s accurate rate and fit well rate ,reduce the modify times and save the making board time .In a word ,it can improve the efficient of the product .
