摘要:目前汽車(chē)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,縮短新車(chē)型開(kāi)發(fā)周期、提高產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為各個(gè)汽車(chē)公司的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,應(yīng)用汽車(chē)道路模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)在室內(nèi)對(duì)汽車(chē)整車(chē)和零部件進(jìn)行快速模擬是解決這一問(wèn)題的有效途徑,而道路模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)是汽車(chē)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的重要技術(shù)。本文使用NI公司的LabVIEW開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,并結(jié)合NI PXI-4472板卡開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)信號(hào)采集處理與處理平臺(tái),完成了道路模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)中道路譜的采集與處理。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單,且經(jīng)過(guò)處理的信號(hào)在一定條件下滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)需要。

Abstract: The current auto industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, shortening the development cycle of new models, and raise the competitiveness of products into various automobile companies of the moment Application of the driveway in indoor simulation test bed vehicle and the vehicle for rapid simulation components to solve this problem is an effective way,  road simulation is a important technology in the vehicle industry. In this paper, the authoruses the LabVIEW with theNIPXI-4472 to develop asignal acquisition and processing system, which can be used to form the signals of campaign response of the wheels for road simulation. It can be indicated in experiment to frond simulation that the system is operated efficiently, and the signals produced by the system fit the need of the experiment
