十堰市審計局本級財政預算對比系統

摘  要
 本系統的開發以國家審計署加快審計信息化建設規劃和國家金審工程的二期建設為背景，針對十堰市審計局財政科關于本級預算執行情況的審計過程，在分析目前該項工作信息化的程度及存在的一些問題的基礎上，結合管理信息系統開發的概念、結構及系統開發的基本原理和方法，開發了十堰財務審計對比系統。本系統開發了基本數據管理、對比表生成、系統維護等主要模塊，實現了十堰財務本級預算執行情況對比的功能。本系統采用客戶端/服務器(C/S)模式，前臺(客戶端)程序設計采用目前流行的PowerBuilder開發工具，后臺(服務器)數據庫設計采用SQL Server2000。
 全文共分為概述、系統需求分析、數據庫設計、系統設計及其關鍵技術、系統調試及安裝制作和系統的現狀及前景等，詳細地闡述了本系統開發的目的、分析和制作過程及預期效果。

Abstract
 The development of this system with the nation audits the office to audit quickly the information turns the developments programming to review the engineering with the national gold of two period developments for background, aim at this class budget carrying out the audit process of the circumstance of Shiyan city audit the bureau public finance section. in analyzing currently the degree that the item's work information turn and the foundation of the some problem that exists, audit the information-based law laws according to the nation,  join together the basic principle that concept, construction and systems develop that management information system development with the method, develop this set of finances audit to contrast the system. This system developed the basic data management, the contrast watch born, system maintenance etc. the main mold piece, carried out  finances of Shiyan originally the class budget performance the function that circumstance contrast. This system adopts the customer carries/ server(C/S) mode, at present popular PowerBuilder in adoption in design in procedure in stage (the customer carries) development tool, backstage (server) database design adoption SQL Server2000.
 The full text is divided into saying all totally, system need analysis, database design, the system designs and its key technique, system adjusts to try and install the creation, present condition and foreground etc，expatiates the purpose of this system development in detail, anglicizing and creating process and expectation of the result.
