摘 要
本文結合溫度控制系統項目開發,在查閱大量國內外參考文獻的基礎上,概述了溫度控制在國內外的發展歷史以及發展現狀。介紹了國內外測控裝置的發展動態和發展方向。
設計了以一種PID控制用于工業現場的可編程高精度智能數顯控制儀及其軟硬件結構實現方法。分析了當前其背景及其發展趨勢。對溫度控制系統分析方案和總體設計。控制規律選擇、模擬量輸出、溫度傳感器的選擇、輸入輸出通道的設計、芯片的選擇、結構尺寸和編程。串行通訊接口的工作機制,闡述了VB環境下實現上位機和SCR溫度控制系統的串行通訊技術,并給出其關鍵程序。對控制回路及元器件方案設計,使得系統響應速度加快,超調減小。
