摘  要

在信息時代里，知識已成為最主要的財富來源，而知識工作者就是最有生命力的資產 ,組織和個人的最重要任務就是對知識進行管理。知識管理將使組織和個人具有更強的競爭實力，并做出更好地決策 .
知識管理誕生于知識經濟 逐漸興起，信息技術 飛速發展，商業競爭日益加劇的環境中。知識管理與信息技術密不可分，共同構建企業商務智能,并成為企業核心競爭力 的源泉。
知識管理就是為了幫助企業把知識積累起來，把知識管理起來，把知識應用起來。
本文首先介紹知識管理系統的背景及其目前的發展狀況，介紹了KM3知識管理系統的開發平臺，并討論了在系統實現中所采用的ASP.NET及其相關技術。在詳細分析KM3知識管理系統具體需求的基礎上，給出了系統實現的總體設計方案，包括系統的總體構架、硬件和軟件需求等。本文重點介紹本人在本項目中所承擔的任務以及所完成的工作，即KM3知識管理模塊的實現。最后對本次開發過程進行思考總結。

ABSTRACT

In the information age, knowledge has become the main source of wealth, and the knowledge workers is most the vitality of assets, organizations and individuals, the most important task is to knowledge management. Knowledge management will make the organization and individual has a strong competitive power, and make better decisions.
Born in knowledge economy, knowledge management and information technology rapid rise gradually intensifying competition, the commercial development of the environment. The knowledge management and information technology, business intelligence, constructed and became the source of enterprise core competitive power.
Knowledge management is to help enterprises to accumulate knowledge and knowledge management, knowledge of the application.
This paper first introduces the background knowledge management system and the current development situation, introduces KM3 knowledge management system, and discusses the development platform in the system adopted in the asp.net and related technologies. The detailed analysis of KM3 knowledge management system on the basis of the specific needs of system, presents the overall design scheme of the system, including the overall structure, hardware and software requirements, etc. This paper introduces himself in the project undertaken by the task and finish work, namely KM3 knowledge management module.
