基于PLC的自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)

 摘要
 隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展，可編程控制器（以下簡(jiǎn)稱PLC）不斷更新、發(fā)展，PLC控制是自動(dòng)控制中最常見(jiàn)的控制方式之一。自動(dòng)門就是自動(dòng)控制應(yīng)用的一個(gè)典型的例子。由于可編程控制器具有良好的處理自動(dòng)門的開(kāi)關(guān)控制及良好的穩(wěn)定性，而且可以很簡(jiǎn)單的改變控制的方式，因此，自動(dòng)門的生產(chǎn)商家很多都運(yùn)用PLC來(lái)做門的控制器。目前自動(dòng)門在日常生活中運(yùn)用越來(lái)越廣泛。
 本文總共分五個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行敘述其軟、硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等，具體如下：
 第一章介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外自動(dòng)門的現(xiàn)狀，本課題研究的目的和意義。
 第二章主要介紹自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)。
 第三章介紹自動(dòng)門的硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，PLC的選型，變頻器的選型，系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，自動(dòng)門控制電路，控制電路的連接。
 第四章介紹系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)，PLC梯形圖概述，編程軟件的介紹，程序流程圖，程序的編寫工作。
 第五章主要介紹了梯形圖程序的下載，調(diào)試及結(jié)果分析。

ABSTRACT
 With the development of electronic technology, the programmable logic controller (PLC) constantly updated hereafter, development and PLC control is one of the most common in automatic control. Automatic door is one of the typical example of application control applications.Because PLC has nicer effect and nicer stability in switch control, and can be very easy to change the control mode, so specialized manufacturer use PLC to make the door controller. Automatic door was more and more widely in everyday life.
 This chapter describes five chapter in the software and hardware structure, working principle, specific as follows:
 The first chapter is the situation at home and abroad, the automatic research purpose and meaning.
 The second chapter is automatic control system scheme design.
 The third chapter is automatic hardware system design, selection of PLC and frequency converter, system structure, automatic control circuit, control circuit connection.
 The fourth chapter is system software design, PLC ladder-diagram programming software introduced, and the program flowchart, compiling the program.
 The fifth chapter introduces how to download the ladder-diagram program, commissioning and results.
