摘要
   工業(yè)鍋爐是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的動力，它廣泛用于化工、紡織、造紙、電力等行業(yè)。我國現(xiàn)有工業(yè)鍋爐約25萬臺，年耗煤約占煤炭總產(chǎn)量的1／3。這些工業(yè)鍋爐的管理、運行和自動化水平還比較低，具有很嚴重的浪費能源現(xiàn)象。所以，目前面臨的一個重要的問題，就改善工業(yè)鍋爐的控制系統(tǒng)，從而提高效率。
 本文研究了組態(tài)軟件在實際工程項目中應用。在工業(yè)測控系統(tǒng)中，設備大型化、自動化、高速化和復雜化程度提高，系統(tǒng)的設計開發(fā)、故障診斷、系統(tǒng)升級和功能完善也變得日益復雜。作為測控系統(tǒng)核心部分的監(jiān)控軟件，功能要求更加全面和復雜，可擴展性和擴展的費效比都是企業(yè)在監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的建立和更新時重點考慮的問題。原有的僅憑系統(tǒng)設計人員由底層開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)控制軟件的日常維護、功能改善和更新也變得越來越困難。運用組態(tài)軟件來實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控任務己成為工業(yè)發(fā)展中的必然趨勢。
 基于本工程課題的需要，對“熱水鍋爐測控系統(tǒng)”進行了設計和裝調(diào)，包括系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、PLC控制以及組態(tài)監(jiān)控的設計與研究。本文重點使用組態(tài)王軟件完成包括工程流程圖的制作、實時數(shù)據(jù)庫的設計、報表輸出，報警提示，用戶登入，控制方式選擇等在內(nèi)的整個系統(tǒng)軟件的開發(fā)工作，經(jīng)工程調(diào)試，該設計方案符合工程要求，運行狀況良好。

ABSTRACT
    The paper studies practical applicatiaon of configuration software.In industrial measurement and control system, the equipment is becoming large, automatic, high-speed and complex.The design,fault diagnosis, update and inprovement of system are becoming more sophisticated. Monitor software is the kernal part of measurement and control system, its function is more overall and complex. The augmentability and cost-effectiveness ratio are emphasized when disigningand upgrading monitored control system. The old control software which are developed from bottom layer is becoming diffcult in maintenance,inproving and replacement. It is inevitable to use configuration software to accomplish system monitorand control. But current configuration sofeware is not perfect in system structure and methods of data exchange with other has theoretical significance and vital use value.
    Papers studies the key technology on the configuration software component, real-time database, communications technology, control technology, and other key technologies have been studied. Discussed the real-time database architecture and design, configuration software to the PLC and specific methods of communication, data exchange software to enhance the capacity, improve software flexibility and maneuverability is of positive significance.
 Based on the needs of this project subject to the "Hot Water Boiler Control System " for the design and alignment, including the hardware structure, PLC control and monitor the configuration of the design and research. This article focused on the use of MCGS configuration software, including completion of the production flow chart works, real-time database design, reporting output, the police suggested that users log in and control methods, such as the choice of the whole system software development, debugging the project, the design Compliance with the requirements of the programme, running in good condition.
