摘 要
射頻識別(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技術,是一種利用射頻通信實現的非接觸式自動識別技術。它利用射頻信號的空間藕合(交變磁場或電磁場)實現無接觸信息傳遞并通過所傳遞的信息達到識別對象的目的。
基于MF RC500射頻基站芯片和STC89C52單片機的射頻卡讀寫器是射頻識別應用系統的關鍵部件之一,本RFID系統的工作頻率為13. 56MHz。本文首先介紹了RFID系統背景意義,然后描述了RFID系統的組成、工作原理及M1卡的內部結構、工作原理等,最后重點闡述了射頻卡讀寫器的軟、硬件設計。
