摘 要：設計是為了解決問題所作的創造行為，它必需能上承理念，下接形構。而商業地產展示設計所要解決的就是通過展示空間、色彩、燈光等諸多要素襯托提升樓盤的整體價值，以達成促進樓盤銷售的目標。通過市場調查以及對中國展示業現狀與未來發展趨勢的研究，探究商業地產展示設計的核心要素，恰有三個層面與三個設計階段浮現，可以提供我們對展示設計的我能提作一全方位的思考，商業地產展示設計的問題可從本質面、現象面、實體面三個主層面思考。展示的本質面在思考「為什么展示」，解決參展的需求與展示涵構等的問題；展示的現象面在呈現「適切的展示」，解決空間設計與媒體運用用等的問題；展示的實體面則在落實「合理的展示」，解決人因工程與美學因素等的問題。而商業地產展示設計理念即是在將展示的本質、現象、實體等作整合性的思考。相對于展示設計理念的三個層面，展示設計可分為概念設計、基本設計、細部設計三個階段，三個階段各有結合展示設計理念的思考，形成路徑。它提供我們一個明確的程序思維，逐步勾勒出具體可行的展示圖像。概念設計即是破題的方式，
著重展示的本質思考層面；基本設計是接引實際概念的初步形構，著重展示的現象詮釋層面；而細部設計則是形構細部的具體落實，著重展示的實體應用層面。
    隨著商業地產的快速發展，地產業的展示設計需要更多的新思維，新視野，從展示設計之理念思考再出發，從展示設計之路徑探索逐步落實。
