摘 要
為了適應啤酒行業發展的趨勢，在國內率先研發聚脂瓶包裝啤酒關鍵技術，開發新型啤酒包裝裝備已迫在眉睫。因此，本項目提出基于聚脂瓶啤酒包裝關鍵技術的研究，開發聚脂瓶包裝啤酒的洗灌封組合機啤酒包裝關鍵生產設備。
本論文共五章，第一、二章，針對在啤酒廠參觀和查閱國內外有關方面資料結果進行了闡述，分析了聚酯瓶包裝的重要性以及設計聚酯瓶包裝啤酒設備的必要性，還闡述了國內外相關技術現狀和發展趨勢。
通過對現有包裝設備的研究，掌握了技術關鍵是灌裝閥的模擬與動態實驗分析，第三章是確定裝備的總體技術方案。
第四章初步設計了聚酯瓶包裝啤酒的灌裝封口機總圖。對于聚酯瓶包裝啤酒設備的設計的充分和必要條件可歸結為：長管閥灌裝，CO2充分置換和為確保無菌灌裝的全方位衛生設計。
第五章，作者簡單總結了使用新型包裝設備的各種好處。

ABSTRACT
In order to adapt to the trend of development of the beer industry, we greatly need to research the key technology of polyester bottles and the new packaging equipment of PET bottles. Accordingly, the items based on the research of the key technology of polyester bottle ,of course we have to exploit the key equipment which can clean，fill and close over the PET bottle.
This paper has 5 chapters, in the chapter 1 and 2, after visiting breweries and accessing to all the information related at home and abroad, the author particularly introduce plenty advantages of using PET bottle and the necessary of design the equipment of packaging PET bottle , furthermore the author describes the equipment present situation and tendency of PET beer packaging .
By researching the old equipment which the beer factory using ,the author mastered the key technology to exploit a new equipment .And the author makes sure the new machine can work at normal condition .These are what I introduced in chapter 3.
After several months of investigation, study and design, finally the author draws two pieces of paper of the primary design of PET bottles machine. The machine of PET bottle of beer for the full and necessary conditions can be summed up as: long pipe valve filling, CO2 and the clean environment when filling the beer bottle.
In chapter 5, the author summed up the benefits of using the new machine.
